It flatters every eye color and skin shade while adding a little more pick up to the eye and will match all of your eyeshadow shades. This color shown, which I love and use often, is BECCA in Velour and it’s perfect because it’s matte. The last thing you want past the age of 14 is a blue eyeshadow that’s shimmery.
