My Safe Skincare During Pregnancy Segment on Denver’s Everyday Show

Here’s a look at my segment from this morning’s Everyday show where I brought my person arsenal for keeping skin looking great during pregnancy. Don’t mind the microphone pack in my back pocket, I thought I was going to be on the other side…

Here’s a list of what I brought along with pricing and links out to the products:

For stretch mark prevention and to soothe dry, itchy skin:

Coconut Oil
One Love Organics Skin Savior $68

For acne and oily skin:

Glytone Cleansers $30

Obagi Exfoderm Forte $58

For melasma, acne scarring, and discolorations:

Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation $45

For wrinkles and fine lines:

Trilogy Organic Rosehip Oil $44

Everything I brought were products I use daily and love (you can tell by the Ole which had finger dips in it) so it’s a great lineup even if you’re not pregnant but just looking for safer, chemical-free alternatives.

Safe Skincare for Pregnancy on Fox Denver’s Everyday Show

I’ll be hauling my 7 1/2 month preggers self over to Fox today to talk about safe skincare solutions to use during pregnancy on the Everyday show. I’m bringing with me the best solutions for acne, dry skin, stretch marks, wrinkles, and discolorations without the chemicals you should avoid during those 9 long months when your skin can be a little crazy.

Live, on-camera segments when you’re super pregnant? It’s a little like that dream where you suddenly realize you’re naked and totally exposed, only real. Wish me luck!

I’m in December’s Health Magazine!

…So I made this picture as huge as I could! I’m so excited to have some snippets of beauty advice featured in their December magazine, the one with Sofia Vergara on the cover.

Check it out, it’s on newsstands now!

My Quick Skin Fixers Segment on Colorado’s Best

Here’s my segment from Colorado’s Best today where I brought in some skin helpers for the winter months.

You can catch Colorado’s Best weekdays at noon here in Denver on Channel 2.

I’ll Be on Colorado’s Best on Channel 2 in Denver Tomorrow!

I brought 5 skin changing miracle workers to the set of Colorado’s Best today for my segment airing tomorrow about getting better skin for the holidays – you know, so your friends and family who see you once a year think your skin is always glowing and perfect. In the bunch you’ll find a yummy scented peel, a firming mask, a moisturizer that’s sort of iconic, vitamin c patches for the eyes, and an at-home peel system. It was a literal round up of what I had around that house that I know to work well and deliver on big promises.

If you’re in Denver tune in Thursday November 17th (tomorrow) at Noon for Colorado’s Best or you can watch the video after it airs HERE.

What I see: a glimpse of the studio from my point of view right before I go on.
