Jane Iredale is a line I’ve been faithful to for years now. Here’s part of my order from the other day filled with some old faves and some new things that are unfortunately not going to make my favorites list anytime soon.
So-Bronze in the shade 1. It’s so natural on the skin and isn’t orange or sparkly. I’m fair so this shade works for me, but grab the 2 if you’re medium or darker.
Puregloss in Pink Candy and Soft Peach It’s probably my 7th tube of each. They’re the ultimate pink and nude that are so flattering and look great alone or over a liner to deepen the tone.
PURELASH conditioner is one of those fantastic products we should all own. I order 3 at a time so I’m never out. I use it daily under mascara and it makes a huge difference which I’ve talked about before. You can use it on one eye and not the other to see what a difference it makes in bulking up and lengthening lashes. For a long time I wore it overnight too just as a little moisture boost on my lashes and I could tell they’d fall out a lot less.
PureMoist Lipstick in Rikki was just ok. the color is a little frosty/80’s for my taste, but I’ll manage to use it somehow. This is a light weight formula without a ton of color, more like a lip tint instead of a lipstick. I’ve found that their descriptions for these lip colors and swatches online aren’t reliable so you might want to pick these out in person unless you’re up for an adventure.
Eye Shere is what I wanted to use for a shadow base. Cream shadows typically make a great primer, but I get creasing with this formula so I’m still on a hunt. None have worked as well as THIS for a bulletproof shadow primer.
Lip Pencil in Pink is super bright, I wish it were more neutral but I can use the Pink Candy gloss over it to lighten it up a bit.
I’ve used Magic Mitt every night for probably 8 years to remove my eye makeup. It’s specially formulated to easily take off mascara and it works tons better than a washcloth alone. It’s a good investment so you aren’t tugging at your eyes to remove makeup.
Yes! Finally someone writes about quest bars.
