If you’re gonna take concealer recommendations from anyone, it should be me. I’m blessed with temperamental skin, melasma, and dark circles framing my constantly tired looking eyes. (Jealous yet?) Here’s my current stash of over over-worked faves which includes one that’s a spitting image of the iconic YSL Touche Éclat’ Radiant Touch $42 – a formula so incredible I used to try and duplicate it myself.
Beautycounter Touchup Skin Concealer Pen $32 isn’t just $10 cheaper, but it’s also a clean version with good-for-your-skin ingredients in an easy click pen. It gives that same radiant look somewhere in between shimmery and flat that lifts the under eye area and adds a bit of luminosity so you don’t get that chalky look so many concealers give when used around dry eyes. 2 clicks cover both of my under eye areas beautifully, but remember to set it with a fine powder or it will crease (as any concealer would.) It’s meant to disguise discolorations all over the face, but its consistency is best for around the eyes- save something thicker for redness or blemishes.
